man why u get mad at me? i didn't say it prolly aint gonna work. i was jus saying when under boost ur manifold is gonna be stressin. my manifold that i made when i didn't kno how to weld looked like that. then after like a month of boost the turbo jus fell.. by the way i didn't blow my LS motor. timing belt had a few teeth jus rip off so as i drove the timing kept jumping then bent a few valves? put my xtra head from the back yard that was complete n the motor's fine. but yeah, i wanna see ur car run =x lookin for an fmu? got one of those from the first setup.

Damn, I thought this was going to be one of those "hotrex" type things that you talk about all the time, but it never actually happens. :P I guess you're really going for it. Looks good. Is there anything you need to do to the MAF? Can you just run the FMU and that's it? It looks like they made those headers pretty easy to convert into turbo manifolds. I always thought it would be a big pain in the *** to boost one of those cars, but it looks like it's working out pretty good for you.

Anybody want to trade a 93 Civic for an 88+ 5.0?

yeap, just an FMU for now.

when i get some $ new MAF and 46lb injectors for more boost.

it has the same return style fuel system as a honda does. so i just put the FMU in there

the vortech kits run 9psi with FMUs so it should be ok me thinks.

yeah, they're abour 300 dollars i think.

you plug them into your ECU and tune with a handheld thing i believe. easier than uberdata, no chipping. just press buttons on a little dealie
