Yeah, I had a speech in History class and I said something about someone being the first Black man to do something... and the teacher goes "Excuse me, you mean African American"... 
He even corrected the black kid in the class for saying "black" in HIS speech. They try to be too politically correct I suppose.

It funny because the term "African American" is wrong. To be a citizen of this country you must denounce citizenship to any other country. So your either African or American, not both.

That's not true... my father has a dual citizenship. So now he is an American and Russian citizen... that's straight pimpin *****...
but how many people that call them selves "afrikan american" have dual citizenship?? or are even afrikan for that matter??
