Re:geo storm
Are you thinking of Turbo Firefly ? If so, they are ----. My buddy has two of them and we were racing down gravel roads and they over heated cause we kept the turbo rollin. Then the #1 piston went on his I think it was because he had the cow print steering wheel cover.

Re:geo storm
i have an asuna sunfire, and its the same engine as a geo storm gsi with lotus tuned suspension and 4 wheel disc brakes. and from the factory, stock, ten years ago, it was making 140 hp out of an NA 1.8L. it has a differnt body than a geo storm and geo storms have different suspension and drum brakes in the rear. the isuzu impulse looks exactly the same as an asuna sunfire, Impulse XS's came with a 1.6 SOHC NA engine, while the RS was an AWD turbo model. they had IHI RHB5 Turbos in them, and could easily be swapped for a T3 turbo. and on stock internals people have been running presures into the 20s. theres a guy on the isuzone.net board that runs 11s in is isuzu imark turbo. hes running a 1.8L Geo storm GSI/Asuna Sunfire motor with a t3/t4 turbo and i think he has AWD conversion on it too. the motors are fairly solid, and ive seens some that had broken timing belts that hasnt resulted in spanking the valves. the bodies tend to rust hardcore around the rear wheels and the rockerpanels tho. but all in all i like these cars. i like them because they are fast and there arent 10 million of them everywhere i go.

Re:geo storm
are swifts like geo's??
Well here you have the swift GS and the GTi
The gti has forged crank and forged rod's reallyy thick ones and flow really good for a 1.3 liter engine a friend of mine has a T3/T4 ..T3 .48 turbine and a TO4E compressor it's kinda huge.
and it is in fool boost at between 4000-4500 rpm's
he was boosting it at 15 psi at first with a adjustable fmu and S-afc combo and bigger injectors. He's now fiddling around with a EMS system.
They Subaru Justy is the same as the Swift...they have them in 4wd versions to.

The omni is the car that MADE me believe that anything with a turbo can be fast. That's gotta be one of the uglest cars ever and it came with a 1.6L vesion of the 4g63.
My friend told me he had a chance to buy one a year ago for $200 that ran great, but didn't b/c he thought it was usless ( little did he know it would of smacked his accord like a bitch ).
