i always ship with ups. always get a tracking # so there arent any problems. usps's tracking system sucks

Make sure there is no money in your paypal account. Goto www.paypalsucks.com and read. Hopefully he won't try to scam you.

even after you withdraw all the $ form your paypal account, they can STILL reverse the $ directly from you bank.
so do what they said, close the account if it is a really huge amount (with i doubt :P)
