have your own made.
i have used this site MANY TIMES and their quality is TOP NOTCH.
it is not a silk screen print. they offer an ink injection method that dyes the shirt rather than puting a coating of ink that creates a new layer.

total shipping was $15
for my sample order of 3 shirts was $8

There was a dude on here who made his own with a cross sction of a D series and a caption that said one cam one love. that was pretty hot.
Some one should poll it. 10lbs will turn you out or One cam one love.
I think 10lbs will turn you out is better though :P
