Default fun at work

1997 ford explorer comes in with a no heat problem, I check it out and tell my service writers the heater box needs to come completely out and be looked over, I get the go ahead so 2 hours later I had the a/c evvacuated, removed, dash out heater box out a dissasembled, boss walks over and was like holy ----

good times, took just under 1.5 hours to swap parts into the new heater box and reinstall everything. If I do another one I could rock my own time :P

That's what you have to do to get to the heater core in my Jeep. They call for like 7.5 hours to do it.

we all know im a noob.. but i think old heater core out.. and new heater core in.. and everything back together in 45 minutes is solid work :P

the reason it took me 7 hours is because i pulled out the old one.. and couldnt get the new one in took a million different trys before i realized i had to bend the tube a bit to get the ****** in place :1 i didnt know that they had to be bent and when i did bent em i was in the "---- it" mood :1
