What would you think is a better choice. I mean i can fully built my D series engine or swap out for a B series engine in my CRX Si. What would be a better choice? I mean i can always fully built the LS motor later on?

Which D series engine? IMHO, unless you're going for over 400 hp a B series swap is a waste of money. It really depends on what you plan to do. If you're going for major power do the B swap, otherwise build a turbo D.

i think u could put in an ls motor for real cheap, and turbo that for less then a built turbo D. i just picked up a complete b18a for 200 bucks. granted u would still needs mounts, linkage, tranny... it wouldn't be all the expensive if u kept an eye out for ----.

that was gonna be my plan till it turned into a headache. im now gonna turbo a d-series in another crx.

i happened to get one from a kid in thw town next to me.... he had an interior fire and the motor was just chillin. i got lucky i guess. id say u could probly find some around 400? id sell u mine but it has a spun bearing. ill have an extra head, IM and some other ---- of a b18b. find a block and ill hook u up
