why is that funny?

and no it probably didnt blow up.. hydrolocking is very common. I've seen lots of people do it, if you dont have the rpms high when going through water you can seize it pretty easily.

It was a bad night for 88dx (steve) as well, his turbo ls/vtec made it about 4 or 5 miles before it started knocking.

pull the plugs and crank it over. it takes awhile to get it dry enough so that your sparkplug stays dry.. measure your pistons if you can to see if your cranks bent or your rods. if it wasent spinning to fast you may be alright.

just took my filter and intake pipe off and the cold pipe and there is water still in it. gonna take the plugs out and let it dry out maybe for a few days. most likely some forged internals will be going in in the near future along with a sc61 and 19psi.

o well. guys it was just a reason for me to get the motor built

dont do that, your cylender walls will rust up. spray some wd40 or some fogging oil down in there atleast. keep ------- with it and turning it over. do a compression check.

pull the plugs and turn it over by hand, if you got a bent rod or? it will stop turning but will go back the other way. if it turns over easy crank it with the starter and let the water shoot out. Then put the plugs in and start it, do not let it sit................. do this now

pulled the plugs and sprayed starter fuild in and cranked it, for a little. put the plugs back in and the thing knocks like a bitch. assuming all the rods are bent or atleast two. rebuild in progess, ill get pics up once i pull the motor.
