That ---- sucks *** huh! And finding a company that has what you want that actually ships to FPO/APO is a pain in the *** as well. They just don't understand that shipping they pay for is only to New York .

And I think you will miss it. May be different for you though, I have been involved in the military one way or another for my whole life so I know no other way. I know once I moved back here I really felt different and out of place. The civilian world is just, well, different. The only military exposure I get now is the occasional visit up on base to see my dad. A lot different than living in Sicily (NAS Sigonella) and being surrounded by nothing but Marines/Army/Navy.

Our next door neighbor got out of the Marines after years and years of service. He would wake up at like 5 in the mourning and just stand in the yard at attention. Craps crazy.

I am in Schweinfurt Germany, one of my best friend is in Hanua, my tuning buddy, we both do our own work, I do the engine building, and he do the tuning, we are thinking of going into buisness together. maybe you know him blue 2000 SI ruler of the frankfurt friday night races, he is still in though.

he was probably standing attention to raising of the flag, but thats at 060 in the morning

I didn't even know there were races in Frankfurt friday night, hmm I might need to peep that when I get back. And the flag can raise at any time depending on the installation commander's discretion....mine is 0630 on my home post but that's the reg

Anyways marines may be different.

Races AND sound comps, yall army folks get spoiled. And yalls football teams get the best gyms too! They were always twice as big as us.
