So is 'nitrus' some new brand name that I've never heard about? Has some company claimed that logo to be their trademark like how Holly/Weiand own 'NOS'?

Forced induction with the combination of "NOS/nitrus" is purely beyond me.. you're just asking for trouble there. Like I've always said - nitrous oxide is for pulling teeth and blowing motors.
never once did i say buy the blue bottle. but thanks for putting those words into my mouth. BTW, I knew about nitrus when i was about 7 years old on our go-cart.
it wasnt a FF thing like you assume.

anyways, some of the really fast (11-12 sec) cars at the track use it to spool there snail before the launch. i believe the VR-4 that kevin is talkin about uses it on his VR4 and there is also a AWD eclipse down there that uses a small shot as well. you can only up the boost so much, and from what i know about the VR-4's they are stout as a MF and could take a few pounds and a 50 shot.

*and im not gonna argue with you again. -over the net.

damn.. I've had to bench press a transfer case that probably weighed 80 pounds before up into the truck... pain in the *** to do it on your own! Stupid New Process 208 (I think).

I have a neighbor in arkansas that either dropped an engine or a tranny on his head and never was quite right afterwards.
