Formatting a laptop?
Okay so i fail at the computer scene and need help :1 I have a Toshiba laptop its 1.8GHz 512mb ram runnin XP and i want to use this for tuning etc.I bought it used a couple years ago and since it has become cluttered and throws a couple error codes for windows etc.I thought i would format it and start over as i dont need anything off it and really dont need any programs. What is the easiest way to do this and how can i get a copy of XP and a key to reinstall?I have a copy of XP here that came with my Dell desktop a service pack2 XP reinstall CD but that key wont work as i tried loading it.I will paypal someone $10 who can give my some instruction and hook me up with a copy of XP to reload. Thanks

Don't forget your network card driver. It's the only one you need when you reinstall windows. Without interweb it's a pain in the *** to reinstall all the drivers.
Boot the CD, follow instructions. Most of actual CD you don't have to put any cdkey at all so you install it and you're good to go!
