damn i wish i could find the pics, but your finger looks like the dude's who stuck his into his turbo and reved it up to see if it was spinning, but he cut his down to the bone...
you should take care of that, get it cleaned every day by a proffesional (not your: mom, girl, lifepartner, etc)
otherwise you're risking serious infection.

I managed to clean it out a lil by myself, but man i'm not crazy enough, or have good enough drugs to manage the rest of it.
BTW has anyone ever worked some where that a drug test isn't standard issue with an accident? This is the first place I've been that its not!

If you want I can send you some lidocaine, that is if you don't get a doctor to prescribe you some ----. It will basically numb you. You'd probably have to inject it in your thumb but if the wound is open you can just put it on.

First one, Nothing he could do (great place, got me in quick and did every thing they could to help) he called the hotel asking where I was to go to next.
I was sent to a second place that the hotel said I should go to, sat there for 1.5 hours till they said, um yeah we're not going to be able to get you in tonight, total waste of my time.
Next I walked over the the ER at a hospital, waited 2.5 hours just to go through triage. another half to get in, sat in the room for about an hour before the dr came in and said why did they put this ---- on your finger... there is nothing I can do, I can't even see how bad it is. She refers me to the plastic surgeon.
This was all friday night, it went on from 4 pm till 1 AM when I left for home.
So I try getting a hold of the surgeon all morning, finally I go to his Office where he tells me he doesn't do workmans comp. He gets pissed about my run around and call HR and Workmans Comp and gets them on the ball.
Now HR has a report coming in as to what the guy did to my finger, and WC has an appointment for me tom at a hand specialist.
Put on close to 200 miles driving around every where, thankfully the insurance is going to credit it to me.
