Unfortunately, beating someone for stealing yourself won't be legal... the only thing you can really do is report him. At which point the police dept. probably won't do anything since it's a big city and they don't care about your bumper.

Legal route = report to police

Other = get creative... I don't want to implicate myself in any illegal activity, so you think of something. :P

i sent him a money order because he told me he didn't have paypal. he said he shipped it and a month later it wasnt here still and then i found him on myspace and bitched him out...he said he didnt scam me he didnt know what could have happened then i told him to call the ups store and find out since he never gave me a tracking #. since then he hasnt responded back and i'm tired of this he obviously is faking.
