Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't a class action suit a lot of people suing one person or corporation? Not that it matters ---- this guy's day up.Canada differs a lot from the good ol' US of A in this respect. There aren't grossly overdone payments for pain and suffering. It would be more like legal fees + $1 basically just proving he is wrong and of course punishment for any other impending legal action of extortion.
Not sure how the judge will look on it as it's not a monetary demand but either way ---- this guy's year.
