i'm speechless 
my definition of rice is spending money on the extreme appearance of your car (body kits, rims over 16", racing seats, dual exhaust, etc.), before your engine has had all possible work done already. basically, if youre spending all that money on the appearance of your car and don't have a built and boosted engine, it's rice to me. but like everyone else said, to each his own.

The engine will be goin in when the weather warms up, so i guess that is sort of rice, but not by choice.

as long as you can back up the looks of your car, i don't consider it rice, what's rice to me, is spending all that money on the appearance and none on the engine, but like i said, if you've got a strong engine to back it up, it's all good
