Finally pics of my HMT project
I finally got some pics of my Turbo project thats been done for about 2 weeks
Here is the setup
Its a 92 civic cx hatchback
d16z6 engine with all new Timing belt, water pump
D16y8 tranny with new clutch
t3 garrett Down2Turbo .48 .60 Internally gated 10psi
cough ahhhh ssuatoshit mani, I KNOW I KNOW, it was givin to me so im using it till i can afford a ramhorn style
JRC 5 Inch Front Mount Intercooler
2.5 Stealthmode Intercooler Pipes. (These things are heavy duty and a pain in the *** to cut but a good kit)
Turbo XS RFL BOV
Stealthmode Oil Line Kit
Tuner Toys 450cc CorrectInject Injectors
Tuner toys 2.0 to 2.5 coupler
Vision Oil Catch Can
Motorcycle Air Fliter
2.5 Downpipe ending right before oil pan till i get money to have the muffler shop weld up a flexpipe with 2.5 all the way back
Breather Fliter
Uberdata Ecu with burner and datalogging cable
Autometer Boost and Air Fuel gauge
Stealthmode Oil Restrictor
The setup was alot of fun installing, it took me about a week in total, cuase i had to do it each day after work. And i wanted to do a very clean setup. It runs very very strong. Alot harder then i thought. I have ran a old school turbo supra and a supercharged toyota corolla and beat both of them like they were standing still. As of right now there is no radator fan on cuase the downpipe whould have melted it. I have a slim one im gona be putting on. And i need to upgrade the brakes. I took a buddy at my shop on a test drive and when we came back to the shop smoke was coming off the brakes and the rotors had turned blue. But its all in good fun. Only problems i had was cutting the piping right so my bumper whould fit back on thats about it. It was a pretty easy and straight forward install. I love the ubedata too. The car idles perfect and runs like it was made for turbo.

LOL yea the BOV sounds loud inside the car but when i was racing my buddy, the one that has the supercharged corolla, he said he never herd it,. maybe its cuase its pointed up towards the hood, it sounds loud as ---- inside the car, i have scared a few bike rideers as i wized by them and changed gears

Didn't hear it? He's full of crap. I got my IC mounted and I was coming home from work yesterday and this old guy in his son's SRT-4 must of saw my IC and thought I had it all on. Blah, blah, blah, the car has a RFL and he blows-off as he passes and man was that loud. Actually hurt my left ear. I heard it's like 120 decibels. I'm going to look for a chart of loudness, I know there's one that says like airplane taking off = blah decibels.
