300? Pffft. Should have gone for 301 whp. Sissy!
Looks like cams, or boost creep. Probably boost creep. Torque peak is a little later than normal for stock cams, but has the same 6-7K flat spot in hp associated with stock cams.
As far as less than .5 deg/psi on an LS... Kevin, the next time you tun a turbo LS, go ahead and jack the ignition timing forward 5-6 degrees before you apply your retard, see how that feels. The stock ignition timing is a quite conservative.

Yeah, I went over a lot of that with Blundar the night before. He said dont be scared to jack up the timing so I did...but honestly I didnt make any gains...actually lost a few HP so I backed it down to what I strolled in on and touched a few spots here or there.
I didnt retard any timing until about 5 psi either...should help the spool a few rpm.
The cams I am unsure of. When I pulled the motor out of the parts car I got it from, there was a Gude chipped PR4 ECU with a Bullfrog sticker, and the after market Gude throttle body. I may have bullfrog cams for all I know...
I do think the boost was creeping a touch...may be my shitty MBC.
