There are you just gotta look out of the country.
Theres one in Australia thats got a little more flaring then the WW kit but not as much as the Mugen Flared.

Still looks like a modified WW kit though.

just curious...if you have shaved handles will they let you drag if you have your windows down and some sort of window net like in stock cars?

No, i dont think they let you. I think you have to have metal bars so they dont bend. But im not sure someone else might know for sure.
