1- 100k vette < 100- 1000$ CRX's or even 25 well built

I'd hate to be the sorry sucka that to do ANY work on the motor, INLUDING chaning the serp. belt,

in case you guys didnt know, the new viper goes 11.60@127 while the z06 goes 11.70@126. lol

its still no contest with the 20k more the viper cost. mags still pick the vette every time, even with the viper's new numbers

I have always preferred the vipers. I couldn't stand vettes, but the pure bang for the buck for a brand new car is pretty good. A used c5 z06 is pretty damn cheap now. Of course there is always the henessy 1000r viper.

says who...who drove them. and where. dont doubt that those numbers are somewhat accurate. but ive seen a stock Z06 with drag radials and nothing else break the 10s. all depends on the driver and where the track is located

says about every issue of car&driver, motor trend, and road&track that has come out in the last year. stock rubber of course is going to limit both cars.
