Mine was N/A (surprizingly) right after a rebuild a few years ago.
143mph & split my timing belt.
Tore up the lower timing belt cover & threw the hydraulic tensioner for the belt off somewhere on the interstate...
Woot, toyota. It did stay running way out of time & got the Lexus back home.
