Have you ever tried just acting like you're 21? Done that a few times, and either did not get carded at all or said I didn't bring my wallet and it was still ok (although we went to that place kinda often).

There was a kid I went to school with that got an old ID from a friend, he looked NOTHING like the kid but he shaved his head to look like the picture and went to the liquor store the one day on the way to tech... mind you he was 18 at the time, ID said green eyes 5'1" and he was blue eyes or hazel or whatever but 5'9" lol she glanced at the picture, gave it back to him and he purchased liquor there almost daily afterwards
