Default F20C prices

What is a good price for an F20C out of an S2k. I got offered an motor, tranny, ecu, and rear end for 1500. I may be able to get whats left of the chassis, too. It's from a wrecked s2k that got towed and the guy never came to pick it up, so the towing company owns it. I have my supra stored there so the guy that was working told me about it. It has no front rims, no interior and thats all i know other than the motor is still really clean.

Should I take him up on it?

$1500 sounds like a really good deal to me.

If the chassis can't be saved I may have to build one of those ultralite kit cars out of it... and I knew that set of s2k wheels I have sitting around my house would come in handy some day.

It is being sold by a towing company. The guy never came to get it so they are selling it.

Damn that's dirt cheap. Grab all the engine..entire drivetrain..all the electrical...suspension...---- it grab the whole car. Seats and cluster especially. I would sell my left nut for that car. I haven't seen just the engine and tranny under 3k.
