i posted one like this before lol, externals flow better true but they also cost like $200 and externals are usually high boost setups by what i seen. If you got the money to go for the external. But the internal will control up to 15 psi and you can make it adj. im running a internal mainly cause i don't wanna dump $200 i can spend somewhere else.
