Yeah, ---- them! I would have tried to do it myself if I had known they were going to charge me that much too. It might take me longer and it might look like *** when it's done, but anything would be better than paying them that much.

yes, ---- them in the goat ***.

it's a good thing I know people who can do exhaust systems for me for cheap. How big should I go for a turbo exhaust on my civic? 3 or 2.5--I was thinking 3, but a friend of mine suggested 2.5 because 3 is ------- huge, and in maximum boost there is a graph suggesting that a motor with my bhp number should have a 2 inch exhaust. I want to be able to say I have 3 inch exhaust though.

I would go with 3" just because there would always be that voice in the back of my head saying "That tiny exhaust is robbing you horsepower and slowing the spool time down. You should have gone with the 3" jackass!"

exhaust work is a bitchass .. i tried to make a down pipe with my friend's $250 lincoln welder and it just wont get the penetration you need into the flange for it to hold up.

so i called up my buddy who is a certified welder and he just said that i needed a better welder.. i will prob end up taking mine to the exhaust shop ****'s when i get tired of my open turndown that i ghetto welded on

most exhaust shops don't have a powerful enough welder to weld steel to cast... only a machine shop can do that ----.... thats what i had to do... cost me 35 dollars :/
