Most "street races" are 1/8th mile, but I'd bet you would have reeled him in at least a little in the 1/4 mile.
Really should have ran him from a 2nd gear roll while using the brake to build boost..
AWD cars will always rule the street ( WRX, VR4, EVO, DSM ).
