Epic Stealthmode failure.
After 5 days in California, I'm song less.
Tre West is haven't mental/depression/anxiety issues as of late. The passing of his dad two years ago, who left him to run the large construction business that has always supported every branch of his family is going under.
I talked to him constantly about the situation for 3 days, only to have him ask me the same questions I already answered 874 times before. His mind is stuck on the destruction of the business, and his family.
Monday night I was fed up with his ----. I asked him if he was seeking a pitty party for a couple weeks, or if he really was fucked up in his head. He said it wasn't a pitty party, which I assumed, so I drove him to the ER. Note: People with slight to medium mental issues become basket cases on the way to hospitals.
Xanax'd it up the next day, and everything seemed better, but not perfect. He said he was ready to make a song, so we set up all the equipment. Once we set up the equipment, I could tell his mind was still stuck on trivial business issues of the day, and that was the end of that idea.
As his friend, the song isn't as important as getting his mind right, and so that's what the whole trip consisted of. The guy who loves music, doesn't listen to music in the car, house, or anywhere for that matter anymore, leaving him in the silence he needs to keep his mind thinking about fucked up ----.
So, HMT, I have failed to produce song #4. Not a big deal, nobody died because of it. I just wanted to put the story here so when noobs ask where the next song is I won't have to explain this anymore. Afterall, I've spent the last 5 days of my life talking about it.

its cool, you did the right thing. its not like the Grammy's were waiting its release so they can complete judging for this years music lol. hope he gets his head back where it needs to be for his family.

In other news, I believe I was the only level headed, outside the box thinking person in the family situation, which may lead me to my lifelong goal of banging his mom.
