well as most of you know i blew the rings out of my a6 adn i got a good deal on the Z6 so i desided to swap in the Z6. This swap was, well, hell to say the least. I had some help pulling it out but no help putting it back in and no picker or air compressor. This was a hand tools only, drag the motor around swap.
Z6 in the background, a6 in the car still
Leaky Leaky!
Motor out from under the car :P "drag and drop"
Empty engine bay
After that hell i sprayed the engine bay out (lots of antifreeze/oil everywhere)
The duct tape on the intake tube does 2 things
1)keeps the metal from touching the + battery termnal
2) holds the stock Gready turbo kit air cone on lmao
God autocraft spark plug wires suck ***-- waaaay too long.
Finished product!
I still need to get VTEC configured (VAFC project on hold till next weekend. I will also swap a 95 civic radiator in there as well and finish alot of work i havent gotten to yet.
