Anyone who disagrees with what Bush is doing to fight the war on terror is an idiot.

That's right...A WAR ON TERROR. Not just a search for WMD, but the removal of anyone who creates terror in the world (through military or diplomatic means).

On that point alone, he has not only the right...but the moral duty to take any action necessary.

Anyone who is against this frame of mind is against America and for the terrorists. There are so many people defending Saddam and other evil people by blaming Bush.

The people who do this are anti-American and traitors.

Can't you see how desperate the Democrats are? They defend Saddam and terrorists rather than be on the side of another American...President Bush!

This is all just a pathetic attempt to gain power in the White House.

...and if everyone wants to talk about lies and conspiracies, get your head out of your asses. If we were being lied to about anything...They would have just planted the WMD and said..."Oh there it is!" Problem solved.

I'll vote for Bush any day.

Those Democrats don't have a chance in the world.

NOT running right now theres not. YOu also have to remember, bush isnt a dictator, everything he does is run through a whole shitload of other guys that make up the congress, or senate, or whatever the hell it is, its late, and im having a brain fart.

But whatever he wants to do has to pass through congress before it is put to action, were not a democracy, were a republic, we elect people to represent us, and these are the people deciding what we really end up doing, and its not jsut the president, hes basically the spokesperson for congress, and also has people directly on his sides that help him decide whats best for our country.

What were going through right now would be hell of a lot of ---- to deal with, and i doubt you or me would know what the best thing to do is. Weve been set back year by year since the great depression in debt, and have never really come out of it, but were still one of the most successful countrys in economy, and by hell, were basically a superpower, ---- em all, hehe, damn, its late, im startin to loose it again, lol.

Are we really any safer since the war started? Our alert level is still high. We have lost 538 American soldiers and our national debt increases by $1.77 billion per day. We need to take care of our issues at home before we run off trying to save the world.

sounded good, right up to this part. we actually are a democracy. also, the president is not a "spokesperson for congress", but an entire branch of the government himself. 3 branches: judicial (supreme court), legislative (congress and senate), and executive (president and vice president). Anything congress does, president can either allow or veto, and vice versa EXCEPT when it comes to military, where the president is commander in chief, basically the military has to do what he says.

EDIT:
oh yeah, but the president has to get permission from congress before he officially "goes to war".

true, thanx for clearing that stuff up, i never did really pay attention in school, but i had good intentions, hehe. But as for yoursaying we are a democracy, hows that, our national gov't is not a democracy, we dont get to vote on everything the goverment does do we, no, so how are we a democracy, in a democracy, everyone votes on what happens, EVERYONE, in a republic, people elect reps to to represent them, you know, congress, yeah, they decide what we do, along with the prez, and hten the prez comes and tells us,he doesnt ask us to raise our hands to see hoe many want to go to iraq, so i dont see how we are a democracy.
