I never understood this. Why is your score only a 23 when you have 26 good marks?

Maybe because of the new rules about feedback. Long time marks doesnt count anymore

only feedback from a seller/buyer will count once even if you bought 20 things from them

also in the very early days of Ebay you didnt have to buy or sell something to exchange feedback, you could just leave feedback for anyone you wanted

Seriously? I didnt see that rule in the list. I dont think its a good idea. Friends will give feedback each other to rise their score.
