The ebay staff fixed everything. Took 2 or 3 trips to live help but its all set as of right now.

That password isn't that great and could be cracked in an hour or less. You need to mix uppercase and lowecase letters as well as use numbers and special symbols and it needs to be AT LEAST 8 characters long. Most of mine are between 10-18 chars long following the above conventions.

They don't guess anything, a computer runs through all the possible permutations. The length is good, but you're only using 1,2,3,4 and 5, so the number of possibilities per position isn't high.
