i think josh ross is the way to go 
he is a cool guy and he know's his ----, but at this pont i don't know if wide band is an answer, he just enriched my map 10% while in boost and said that at this point i am getting as much fuel as built GSR with big turbo would 
he's saying i got a problem with the fuel delivery system, something aint right so i'll start with swaping out injectors...

Get yourself a fuel pressure gauge, mount it on the rail somewhere. Then jack up your car so the wheels are off the ground, start rolling in 3rd gear floor it, and put your other foot on the brakes and apply half way down, have your mom watch your fuel pressure gauge when this is happening.
