---- me, look at that torque drop around 5200 rpm isn't that supposed to go in the other direction, and usually signifys the engagement of VTEC lol. I say go over everything again, vaccuum lines, charge pipes, check the turbo make sure it's okay (not sure where you got it from or what condition it's in) and other than that i'd def say tuning. I just can't see how a motor that big can't spin a turbo of that size to 4 psi and produce numbers smaller than stock. I also vote for a differnt tuner

thats fucked up! the h22 is rated at 200hp?? (at the crank) so your looking at like 180 or so to the wheels and boost, even with 4psi you sould still be at like 200ish, i don't know what to tell you but i would check for boost leaks and your tune doesn't sound the best, and double check your timing, hell i don't know but from the sounds of it your motor is good, probly something small and stuped
