races from a roll drive me nuts. No driver's skill, it's all about the cars. I like racing where you have to know how to drive your car, not just mash the gas.

what about the shifting portion? so when people race from a roll they leave it in 5th and mash the gas?

For me its not even that. Hey, its not my problem that a little FWD car cant hook up from a dig. If a person likes racing from a roll fine, but if you HAVE to race from a roll, you already lost.
