sounds like a real shitty situation.

regardless of the number of ****** on HT... it is still one of the most valuable Honda related resources online.

Didnt a VERY similar situation happen between the owner/founder of Honda-Acura.net and Mike of H-T?

I remember reading something about them being all good friends...then a falling out and Mike and Dustin started Honda-Tech because of it.

Those guys were making bank...no doubt.

This is why you never trust anyone when it comes to money like you are talking about in these amounts. No matter how good of friends you are, everything is in writting...

Exactly... I hope Dustin doesn't get screwed because he DID put a lot of hard work into the site and has helped build it to one of the largest sites on the internet period.

The site has to be worth a TON of money and Dustin does deserve some of it.

Sucks that your friends will screw you when there are large amounts of money involved, it's happened to me before.

This kinda reminds me of the Jeff/Travis thing that happened here not too long ago, but atleast that didnt escelate to the severity of H-T....
