they didn't sell you the tire, it wasn't their tire, you bought it, its your tire. you knew before you went in there what you were doing, and they can't change that.

unless its whats on the rim on the car, or whats on the sticker in the doorjam, very few shops will put on a different sized tire. emissions regulations bullshit mainly

I always get my tires put on at Wal-Mart. I just bring the rims in though. Hell one time they didn't even charge me to pull some tires off cause they didn't have a option for that on their price board behind the front desk. lol. Hell I had my Advan race slicks put on some VX rims there. Guy was like these are some weird tires but didn't give me any hassle. You just gotta know the rules to the game.
