Thats golden eagle style of business bash everyone and anyone but hey they use jb weld in their blocks for the top quality. I also love how it took them almost half a decade to learn how to have there sleeves not sink
But ya JG is perhaps on of the most skilled dudes in the Honda world hell he is kinda what made import racing what it is almost anything that was fast from 95-01 was JG. Plenty of people still sell his stuff and just rebadge it
To get your stuff in a timely fashion not gonna happen. Better open a dealer account with them if you want a phone call to be answered.

Holy ----, just look at his girlfriend.
What's the underlying theme here? She's unattractive, so she bleaches her hair to look like a ----- as looking cheap and trashy is the only thing she has going?

Looks like a scrawny *** wangsta.
I'd say showing up on his doorstep with friends and the block and politely asking for your money back would do the trick.
However if not, try small claims. Take the block to several shops and have them write you a written statement and perhaps even a bill of sale for inspecting it. Get a written statement from GE saying that it is not their work like the guy advertised it was. Have them cite the serial numbers on the block and everything. The only hole after that is a bill of sale for the block to prove that he actually sold it to you and you actually paid for it.
Perhaps if he doesn't cooperate when you visit him, have him fill out the bill of sale that you prepared before hand if you don't have a receipt already. Also get a copy of his post on HT and print that off.
