i was having a problem holding boost. the boost would go to 11 stay there for a second or 2 and then drop 2psi. i drilled a 3/32" hole in my external wastegate actuator and that fixed the problem. but now boost starts to drop after 7900rpm. does the turbo have less of a load therefor produce less boost at 7900rpm?

I thought we already talked about this dude? if boost fluctuates a few psi big deal. Your kinda maxing out that internal wastegate. Upgrade to a external.

did you read the part where i drilled a small hole in the wastegate so the actuator has less vacume while it closes and it stopped the boost drop but now boost drops at 7900rpm. i posted this after i drilled the hole not before.
