they look fine to me, more like a really old stocking.
why not just measure the thickness, compare the numbers and get it over with, it makes no point aguring/thinking/assuming that it is used.

Sweet, did they charge you any extra for the pre-warpage?

When rotors are stored in a vertical position for a lon period of time, they will warp...for some reason many parts places dont know this.

Also, if they dont move a lot of volume and if where they store them isnt great, you can certainly get rust in the area you have it...I doubt anyone would take the time to machine down some rotor and drill them to make a few bucks...counterproductive and cost prohibitive unless they are a factory.
