they look new to me, just of lesser quality than most. most rotor manufacturers spray the anti corrosion spray on them before packaging. its normal for them to look like that with the amount of iron they have in them. i wouldnt hate on their threads, it is your responsibitly to make sure a vendor is creditable before spending the money. i would contact a moderator and tell him what happened.

Next time get some LSD rotors. the price was ultra competitive and the rotors are real nice. Here they are brand new

well, almost all "new" rotors do have surface rust in the vents like that. most of the foreign manufacturers spray the corrosion resistant matierial on there then shrink wrap them because they wont be on a car for a while. i dont understand how you can say they did you wrong

thats what im saying, i have, at my shop we probably change 30-40 rotors a week, and about half look just like them. you have to remember when putting parts on a 10+yr old car, that they started making parts for it not too long after they started making the car, it could be an old stock item that has been on the shelf for years. it wont affect performance at all, its just surface rust which as soon as they heat up one time would be there anyways.

If those were from LSD I don't know what went wrong. I bought mine during the group buy a while back and they were, and still are pristine.

+1 for Mike.

ya most new rotors ive bought came wraped and had greese on them, and surface rust from sitting is ok, but look at those, they look like the ones at the junkyard, there all corroded and crusty, pretty much like the old *** ones on my accord looked like after they were resurfaced
