The media presents a biased view of any topic they cover. Usually the more negative side sells more. Nobody gives a ---- what good things are going on...they just want to see the bad. Since the media is where everybody gets "their" information to make "their" opinions, they tend to share pretty much the same view as the media portrays. You see George Bush the way the media wants you to see him...nothing more.
In my opinion, most of the people i run into that hate President Bush and think they know everything about him and his poor decisions have simply watched too much TV.
The ironic thing about politics and other opinion based topics is that it takes a fairly large amount of information or knowledge to realize that you simply don't have enough information or knowledge to fully understand the topic enough or to make a judgment about the situation. I think i am a pretty smart guy and i keep up with the "news" but i can admit that i am at the point where i have enough information, to realize that i really don't have enough information.
President Bush's presidency isn't like any of the past presidencies, so its hard to compare him to past presidents. It sure is easy to bash him though, and everybody is doing it, so why not?
I'm sure there are some of you who are much better informed and more knowledgeable about this than i am and i have a lot of respect for that. I'm just sick of the people who are NOT very well informed about the topic jumping on the i hate W. bandwagon. I doubt many of these people could name off a single congressmen, senator, or even their own governor....but they are experts on the Bush presidency.

Later this week after General Petraus memorizes his lines of "the Iraq war is only still going on because of Iran", Bush and the media will push for a war with Iran, you bring in the above mentioned Presidential directive, and we have ourselves a full on Hitler. Marshall law and all.
