Have one end of a string tied to the door.
The other tied to a trigger.

Everything about the car I'm too lazy to finish putting together is a little more one off than a mere injector harness. If anyone comes for it they have to get past my violent neighbors with a ****** truck.

kill switch on ecu power (go as far as possible so it's not easy to see)

put a timer on the fuel pump (this way you'll have time to catch him)

remove ecu and make custom plug or switch pins (if the thief come with his own ecu and laptop he will still have a lot of trouble to start and go away)

remove clutch switch and put it under your seat. Car won't start unless you press the switch and turn ignition

Custom plugs, not a bad idea. Timer is of limited use for reasons similar to why a starter signal kill (clutch) switch is useless; I can bypass a starter kill in one hundredth the time it takes you to cleanly splice one in and hide the wiring.
