LOL

U **** sucker phil, keep your comments to yourself.

I thought I saw the words "crankshaft", not "camshaft"

----, when I think of making a torque monster motor, I think of making a stroker.

Simple mistake.

Now that I think of it, aren't the cranks the same on b18 and b20? What is it, the bore is a little bigger and the rods are longer with b20?

See, I'll never have to make an internal hybrid B series motor so this ---- shouldn't apply to me.

i believe that the difference between a B18b and B20b in regards to the displacement is bore only.

the only reason i want to put the B20b cams in there is because my power output falls off really hard after 5k rpms, and these B18b cams are made for 6800 redline, whereas the B20b cams are made for 5500 redline i believe. So they should make some more torque.

BTW

im bought new OEM pistons and new main bearing set. i don't want this motor to spin a bearing now that i took it apart and put it back together.

Also i'm definatly going to use my oil cooler when i put it together, the rods up where the pin goes through had oil burnt onto them... you could tell they got HOT

I know this is off the subject, but quadnie; i always had you pictured as some big *** hairy mountain man who eats nails and smokes 5 packs of marlboro's every day. Not sure why.

Ummm.. thanks? Damn, I wish I looked like that. Then I could get all the ladies! I was at 2 packs a day once, and I've eaten metal before.

Well I do currently have long hair and a beard, so does that count?
