and another point that I forgot to make: before I saw that movie I knew I wanted a civic, but I just wanted to drive it, I did'nt have any plans. After I saw that movie I went out and bought a Super Street (my 2 year subscription just ran out) and made a list of things I wanted to do to my car, sure most of them were wings mufflers, shift *****, and body kits, but I got into it. Later I found this site and others and learned what I wanted to do with my car. My B16A will be in by the end of the summer. and I hope to have my hmt on before I die, which will be in a couple years judging by how many people I **** off everyday.

ITS JUST A MOVIE! Its not a Documentary on real Import racing and its not supposed to be, its just a story. All these anti FnF people are WAY more obsessed with the movie than the average FnF fan. Every time anything FnF comes up everyone seems obsessed with bashing it and making it out to be way to big of a deal. Sure some of the original movies inaccuracies made me cringe a little, but I expected that. Did anyone actually think they were gonna go to the movie and learn something anyways? Not trying to Rant really but I get sick of hearing about this movie every single day from people that supposivly hate it. If you people hate the movie so damn much then shut the ---- up about it, the interenet already had thousands of threads flaming it does it really need another one

I never hear anyone stick up for it, just flame it. From what I have seent that has been the bandwagon for a quite a while now. Even the ricers around here have been flaming the movie for as long as I can remember .But maybe thats just my observation. Im annoyed from thinking about that movie now, thats my .02 im done.

Well, I think it's very ghey indeed how the media or press or whatever mentions that movie and the increase in street racing ever since it came out. Everytime a kid dies, that movie comes up. It gives the bitches who say all import drivers are the same more ammo. More bullshit about our interests and ----. Even Popular Science mentioned the movie and talked about the most frequently jacked cars, Integra was number one. According to PS, kids liked to steal integras for their "high torque guts to put into the light civic chassis". They called Fast/Furious a hijack-'em-and race 'em thriller. Well, it seems to me that not one car was stolen during the course of the movie. Every car was paid for, none stolen. I wonder if they even watched it? Whatever. But they went on to say, in their formerly respectable magazine of science that the next time you see "a Honda Civic with a big muffler on the street, it may very well have a stolen Integra motor under the hood. Acura has stopped making the Intergra and released the RSX. Experts say it shouldn't take the hijackers long to figure out how to get an RSX motor into a Civic." As you can tell, this really ------- pissed me off.
