Basically Dick Chaney unloaded a shotgun round in a 78 year old man's face and chest.

If they vice pres can do that why cant I?

Oh damn, he UNLOADED A SHOTGUN.

He accidently shot one of his hunting buddies with a 28 gauge birdshot. Hardly a murder.
