Any pics? What are you planning on using the car for? And why not stick with the 13b and put the 383 in a 80's camaro or another cheap/rwd chevy?

This is my summer project. I've found a 90 RX7 (non-turbo, dunno model trim until I see it in the next few days) for 300 bucks, I have a 350 which I'm in the process of rebuilding, and I'm going to be ordering the Granny's Speed Shop kit when I sell my car (hopefully soon).

It's a straightforward project with good results. I think you have no clue what you're doing, I think your goals are way out there and you should really figure out what you want out of the car, plan for it, budget it, and do it. Don't say, oh... well... I'm gunna probably supercharge it maybe if I have the money. Not going to end up well. Hope you come to your senses and twin turbo it. Have a nice day

---- its hard enough keepin a 1.3l rotary cool in that engine bay.. i have a 89 tII that i have trouble keeping cool in the summer.. io have a buddy that had a 88 rx7 with a built 383 in it and a turbo 400 and he cant get the temps below 22 on a 60 degree day.. good luck on keeping it cool youll need a nice big alum radiator...

That's why you can get a nice thick aluminum radiator w/ your kit purchase. What damn temps are you talking about that would need to be 22 degrees?

The famous swap, almost if not more popular than putting a 350 in a old 300zx, hey if the rotary blows up, why not.
