The thing that sucks about proper tuning is that your not going to just melt something, your going to throw a rod through the block cause of too much power. So one time your going to be driving and your going to hear that lovely sound of schrapnel flying. D-series motors are worthless.

but there cheap, and most of us cant but B series swaps all the time..

theyare worthless and thats y i love em. i can get a shortblock at the junk for 50 bux and their always available. IMO i think they are better than b's. im on my second motor and only because i found the y8 for cheap in about 2years time. my homie is on his third b series because he has blown the rods on the first two in the same time period. im sticking to d's no matter what.
