Paypal sucks *** and I hate those bastard mother *******, but in situations like this it helps get your money back.

This is why I always pay with a credit card and give the seller 25 days to ship my stuff or I'm calling the credit card company and canceling the payment. I'd reccomend everyone do this same thing
