Re: Defi gauges??
A ton of my friends had defi's. We also could buy them cheaper than ultra-light auto-meters so it sorta made sense to. Now that i'm back in the grand ole us-of a, I will go auto-meter, unless money isn't a big deal. Now if my wife told me to spend our savings on my car, I would order new defi's, for sure. They are sexy and pretty much dead on accurate.
Also, one other option. One friend of mine runs 'pro-sport' gauges. http://prosportgauges.com/ Nice, but not defi nice. If you like the little start up feature that defi has, these also have that. The ONLY downside to the pro-sport gauge, the light cant be dimmed on the gauge, and at night, its bright as ----. Brighter than a dash light. If that doesn't bother you, or your gonna put the gauges some where other than right in front of you or on the piller, this wouldn't be a problem (to me)

I know i'll need an external tach the day I swap the CRX. I want to rev the b18 to 8000+, which is a bit higher than my stock tach will go. I had a JDM cluster that I was going to use to solve that problem, but it was too JDM for me and I sold it.

I have the rev limiter set where I want it, and I have the CEL shift light set where I want it as well.
What's the big fucken deal bitch? :P
