agreed, book them but dont humiliate them. They are no more of a, "criminal," than the regular DWI and DUI offender. If you are going to put up their picutures then you should put up every other criminals.

Teg2boo is drunk since 14yo Since the legal age here is 18yo to BUY (not drink) alcool I was only 4 years sooner 
For weed it started at 16-17yo I think...
Here you can't publish picture of minor if they get arrested. I think it's a bad thing since they are starting their life. But your system in US want to punish and here in canada its a system of reintegration. So maybe it's not the same thing...
If they killed someone its not the same thing, but selling or taking drugs.... come on...

how bout you just smoke weed in private and not get yourself into stupid situations by doing stupid things and associating with stupid people. I, like many here, experimented with drugs when I was younger, but we did it in a way where we never put ourselves in danger. Its not a miracle we never got caught/arrested, it was common sense. Those kids got gaudy, bottom line.
