so a deer on the freeway about ten min from my house. was thinking of picking it up if only i had a truck hahaha. for the record ive never ate road kill just sounds fun and free!!!

The Hmong do it all the time in Wisconsin. When a deer gets hit they are all over it.

I've got a jerky gun. i actually ended up makin 3lbs of it last night. i just started throwing random spices and stuff in it. turned out pretty good.

I've never had wild boar before. i've always wanted to go wild boar hunting though. seems like it'd be a good time. deer meat does have a differant texture to it but i still love the stuff. the ground meat is great for making taco's and stuff because you and up with alot more meat and less fatty bullshit.

my roomate goes squirell hunting and just freezes them and gives them to the hmong guys at work and they ------- eat EVERYTHING. well maybe not the fur
